Project Description

UEFA
Champions League

In June 2016 the UEFA Champions League final match took place in Milano at San Siro Stadium and the city had to get ready to welcome all the fans who were going to attend the game and also the people who just wanted to be part of the action. The aim was to create a visual and interactive journey, starting from Piazza Castello ending in Piazza del Duomo.

I was at the beginning of my designer career at the time but as the only english speaker of the design team I had to be in charge of the majority of the projects and communicating with all the heads of UEFA; having this huge responsibility gave me the opportunity to grow and improve really quickly on different expect of my job.  Working in collaboration with the UEFA Brand Manager I was in charge of all the workflow, deadlines, design and the print production for the artworks which were installed all around the streets of Milano.

The Milano Final Festival was one of the biggest and most challenging project I’ve ever worked on, and being part of it was an amazing and unique experience.
